Le député Philippe Latombe n'a pas réussi à prouver le caractère de l'annulation du Data Privacy Framework, successeur du Privacy Shield qui encadre les flux de données entre l'UE et les Etats-Unis, a jugé la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne. Mais le sort de ce texte n'est pas scellé, puisque le fond du litige doit encore être tranché.
